Eco-friendliness and luxury meet in Villa Koukouvayia, a private holiday home built on a hilltop overlooking vineyards and olive groves in Zakynthos. It consists of 2 floors and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor with a shower and another on the first floor with a bathtub and a shower), a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. One bedroom on the ground floor and another on the first are equipped with two single beds each (that can be combined into doubles). On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms (one of which is a master), equipped with a king-size and a queen-size bed, respectively.
